-Does its best to treat employees in a principled way -Excellent salary -First-class training opportunities -practically a marketing university -brilliant coworkers especially outside US

Cons

-Riven with internal politics - think Game of Thrones in a business setting -Rigid processes that hamper product development and marketing execution -feudal management structure that relies heavily on bs presentations and reviews -up or out culture that relies on forced ranking which drives the insane GoT poltics

Cons

The constant reorganization and downsizing is unfortunately eating away at employee morale and hampering business growth.
