      In general the company is well organized with a positive attitude. Small problems they have try to react once brought to attention.

      - The hiring process was smooth - Dolar payment

      Cons

      They don't have open positions for you, so you get ghosted after joining the platform, you will need to send lots of messages to receive one response. Basically, you need to wait for a position to be opened on the platform and you will dispute the vacancy. The problem is for LATAM there aren't enough positions although they are hiring more people.
