      Pros

      At Proxify, flexibility is a big plus. They offer remote work and flexible hours. The managers are also attentive and supportive, which makes a difference. Proxify provides opportunities to collaborate with colleagues and clients from around the world, which has been a valuable learning experience.

      Cons

      The project organization varies depending on the client; some projects are well-structured, while others lack clarity.

      Pros

      All people are very easy to talk to, very helpful. The process of getting on a new project is very smooth and everybody is very supportive. I guess was also lucky on my first project, I'm really enjoying the whole experience.

      Cons

      Some delay on the Slack replies, or the fact that (along the process) there is a different person for each "step" and there are some steps in the beginning and it gets a but confusing to whom you can/have to speak to if you have a question.
