Pros

Very smart co-workers, both intellectual and emotional intelligence are very high. A lot of cool technologies and tools that you can use and apply within the company. The firm truly values for diversity and corporate responsibility.

Cons

-Long working hours -Low retain rate -Poor staff resourcing -Could get political sometimes, you can feel it even at staff level -A lot of very competent employees have left after they made seniors, and even before making it to seniors, due to the low salary compared to long working hours. You really need to learn how to say no from time to time and being polite (or political if you really do care about the relationships you have with the people here). Firm just change the bonus program and lots of people are really upset about it. -Firm don't provide a lot of support for international student either. I had to fight for my case so they could agree to sponsor for my H1B lottery application during my STEM OPT Extension period if I couldn't get my working visa the first time I applied. And firm only sponsors for green card when you survive to the manager level where in industry, some companies start to apply greencard for you right away. Just don't give me the feeling that the firm would like you to stay

Pros

- Great experiences for starting a career (interactions with internal and client management, opportunities to grow professionally depending on team members, etc.) - Benefits were good, though pay started out low I later found out - Mostly great people to work with. Very ambitious and dedicated to the work (for good or bad)

Cons

- Busy season is all of Fall/early winter and required to work long hours regardless of amount of work. - Give lip service to being part of a community, even after leaving, but have not had luck getting information after leaving (i.e. won't return emails, calls, etc. from HR and relationship partners). - Feedback process was heavily influenced by Managers/directors who were rarely on site from a day-to-day
