Recruiters feel that once you went through circles of hell, you are mature enough and well seasoned to take on any job
Cons
-- Very aggressive environment. Highly political -- You will burn out, no matter what. 100% of travel, 60-70 hours week, aggressive and stressful environment -- As an Associate, Experienced Associate, or a Senior you will be treated as a very low level dirt no matter what group you are in -- Occasionally, somebody will attempt to throw you under the bus, no matter what. In most cases accept the hit and move forward with your agenda --Whoever makes higher that Manager usually has some serious issues
