Risk assurance Associate
Pros
-vibe: great people if you are lucky like me, most of my supervisors are very understanding and caring. They don't force you to do things you don't feel comfortable doing, and they are all also very reasonable -location: Shanghai office is in the most prime location, and it has great access to a lot of things -flexible time: at least in RA there are no required time for you to get there, though it is recommended to get in before 10am (but if you pulled an all nighter or had a long day beforehand, some managers always understand if you get in a little late) -project flexibility: depends on the team, you get different projects, and the difficulty of the projects vary from one to another; sometimes you get to pick, other times you don't -flexible reporting structure: my team didn't really have a hierarchy, we are free to discuss or report to ranging from senior associates to senior managers.
Cons
-super long working hours -low paygrade -slow expense process
