Business Outlook
Pros
Opportunity to work with multiple clients and teams, in various capacities. Great stepping stone for entry level career. Good attitude overall of the company and lots of upskilling and mentoring opportunities. I’d go back if I could (for the right salary of course)
Cons
Not sure if they’ve changed it but from 2021-2024 you had little influence on the projects you could work on. You basically had to sit on bench and hope a great opportunity came along. Some teams view associates as just admin assistants working on slide decks, or taking notes during calls, while others are willing to put some responsibility on your plate. Also also - the offshore AC staff are seriously hit or miss. Some are good, most are awful.
