      -Very good network and communication between peers whether international or domestic. - biggest knowledge and e-learning pool makes the company one of its kind -very well defined career pathway therefore very rigid company culture -will be one of the biggest players in digitalization era, good place to improve ones’ digital acumen

      Cons

      - the company has the most impressive code of conduct, which unfortunately remains superficially on the daily base. -it’s really incredible that there’s a vast knowledge of community, which can cooperate with almost every main topic and different background. The pressure of success and lack of time waste all possible collaborations and these power of acting together... -Very sad side: most of the employees are ego centered and thinks only about money, how they look or getting promoted. - there are still some sincere people who are kind and probably invisible to those narcissistic characters. - nevertheless it has nothing to do with the company itself, there are always people who are only interested in look...
