- Work life Balance - Clients - Team mates, culture - Managers and bosses - Good Leave policy and not a lot of scrutiny over taking leaves - Initial compensation

Cons

- Not a lot of variety of projects - Less global mobility opportunities - Still an outsourced wing of PwC US. Main engagement team sits in the US and gets to travel, plus be closer to decision making and clients. - No compensation growth - Slow upward mobility. Very middle heavy org.
