Pros

Some smart people around and partners seem like they want you to succeed.

Cons

-Just get compliance deliverables to a certain bar and do that in volume. It is not interesting work. - only utilization matters (assuming quality meets the bar), people will push you to work weekends and eat hours endlessly. Quality of work or long term thinking / thoughtful work doesn’t matter. Just get deliverables to the bar, eat hours, do volume, repeat. PwC has the memory of a goldfish, no one will care what you did last week/month/year. -Their AI integration and offshoring offices are extremely sub par, at least compared to other places I have worked. As a Sr associate, you will need to pick up the slack for these shortcoming and get to enjoy being the absorbing buffer in the budget. - If you work in a niche area, you might get trapped in a miserable existence - do something else if you have other options
