- A steep learning curve, you learn a ton in a short period of time, not just technical stuff but also soft skills - Prestige name, looks good on your CV, opens a lot of doors - Lots of face-time with customers

Cons

- Compensation is not up to par what you can make in industry, significant raise only if promoted - Audit can be repetitive, mundane and sometimes just absolutely boring - Busy seasons will wear you down - Talent of coworkers truly varies, from top-talent to no-good

Excellent people throughout the firm and top support network. Great flexibility in your roles, and great opportunities available to all. Lots of chances to work on a variety of clients and in a number of industry sectors.

Cons

Can be long hours. Some of the work early on in your career is a bit boring.

They really want you to work here and support career decisions. You learn a lot very fast and all of your licensing is paid for.

Cons

The pay is awful and WAY below market. By leaving you could make at least 20% more. That said between vacation and fringe benefits it probably pays for itself.
