Cons

Pros

Lots of resources, the firm can pay for a graduate degree and a CPA license, great benefits package such as vacation, 401k, medical and dental coverage and maternity leave. The firm offers opportunities to work in other offices nation-wide and internationally.

Cons

People are disposable, very long hours, office politics and very competitive environment. It is almost impossible for staff and seniors to have a personal life. Transferring between offices is just like getting a brand new job.
