Pros
- Looks great on a resume - Good training - Great for networking and learning about different firms - Always interesting, as in I'm always in different offices working with different people
Cons
- I'm highly skeptical of some of how truthful the management of the firm is during rough times. They keep repeating that there will be no layoffs, rather they mask the layoffs as 'performance issues' when that is clearly not the motivating factor - They keep chipping away and asking for more and more in these times. I just feel very nickel and dimed sometimes. - Long hours - having to deal with clients that hate auditors and like to make you life miserable - Mandatory 50 hour weeks during busy season, with no overtime paid (however your lucky if you can get away with just working 50)
