-Work from home unless meeting in office or at client office. -good name just job hop 2-3years in -good diversity a lot of india and china people (race is not the matter) is the people hearts
Cons
- low pay -expected to do a lot of work and ask for more work when everybody is busy -colleagues seems like they like each other but trash talk - *continuously needing to prove yourself to superior. Its tiring and boot licking. If u cant do not join. You will always feel u are not good enough. Not everybody wanna work very hard some people just want a job and income and go home and have a life. -extremely high -not in accounting & taxes so do not think its only that area thats toxic -look at the high turnover. The toxic are those that can stay -unless you can work very hard and highly skilled no progression. But why would u be here if you are very skilled. -nothing to do? Trash talk
