Amazing people, lots of opportunity, long hours, understaffed engagements
Pros
Love the people, transparency from upper management down to interns, fun atmosphere, nice work ergonomic improvements to the office (i.e. treadmill desks, standing desks, dual monitors, massage chairs, nap pods, quiet spaces, phone booths for private calls, lots of healthy snack options, team collaborative spaces). Opportunity to take on a lot of responsibility and opportunity outside of workstream (i.e. extracurricular clubs, intramural sports teams, diversity groups), tons of opportunity for upskilling and training
Cons
Long hours, no overtime, lots of responsibility without the title, always "acting" next level but not compensated for it. Stressful job, weekend work, long busy season (~6 months in Fall/Winter). Extremely high turnover.
