Pros

Most co-workers are friendly. Very flexible schedules. Performance review process is simpler than most places I've worked and lets you give your input. Lots of on-the-job training for RF engineering. Much does depend on which department you are in also. I'm basing on my department and the ones I interacted with.

Cons

Lots of tribalism and territorialism. You will be taught, but not too much if it threatens someone's turf. High percentage of H1B worker and American citizens seem to be in a small minority. Rational is still given that it's because of a shortage of engineers in the USA, yet they have multiple layoffs.
