Great place to work Good perks+salary+training+projects

Cons

No work life balance and the management will expect you to be active all the time including night hours. Personal growth is sometime halted due to politics involved inside the teams. No proper communication between engineers and senior management.

Pros

Qcom bangalore .., you will get challenging work (much more than 9 hrs though), flexible work hours. Lot of learning resources. this is highly process oriented company. IT support and automation in this company is at its best.

Cons

worst work life balance. sometimes you need to repeat the samething for multiple projects in unrealistic time frames. Not a place to stay for long years, some day you will be exausted in such a high stressfull work environment. sometimes artificial work pressure will be created by the team leads .

Cons

Repetitive work. Too many people to question, less to do. No process. Salary doesn't scale with work and inflation. So many meetings. Many projects but no people to handle. Unplanned activities. No returns or appreciation.
