Core teams do work, and then there are root teams per customer
A lot of QCT firmware teams don't like to adopt standards/open source software
Linux development is very process heavy with small things needing legal approval
Management was great under founders, but progressively losing its way: current "leaders" are in panic mode and if they go down route of 30 billion dollars buy backs, that's the beginning of the end
Even after layoffs, still a lot of fat in SD, lots of layers of mgmt, too many status collectors
