      Pros

      Qualcomm is a stable, established company. They never tried to pit employees against each other, only against the marketplace.

      Cons

      Because they\re chasing the marketplace, the life of an engineer is hazardous. If your product isn't going to make it successfully in the marketplace, you had better start looking to transfer to another division.

      Oualcomm is a challenging a challenging, but exciting place to work at. There are many learning opportunities. There are a variety of people who love what they do.

      Cons

      My concern is with the layoffs that this company has at times. There needs to be more opportunities for contractors to get hire.
