      Pros

      Higher salaries, good company benefits, new offices. Overall team is really talented and supportive.

      Cons

      Growth opportunities become significantly harder if you are not in San Diego. No HR contract. You can resign and leave the company without ever speaking to a human. Feedback towards upper management doesn't seem to be taken seriously. Politics (which is common on big corporations) can't be quite distracting.

      The tasks assigned here are mainstream tasks, directly related to products those are going to be commercialized, this keeps employees motivated, as they know what they are contributing to, There is a lot learn here, we just need to throw ourselves in task and we end up learning a lot of new things

      The only down side is extended work hours sometimes
