You live in San Diego.

Cons

Too stressful! HR has been trying to improve work life balance but the culture is suffering from the vicious circle. If you don't work late night and weekends your review and bonus suffers. Despite the lip service "we must reward productivity and not long hours". Too many a holes are being promoted despite the CEO's claim "we don't promote a-holes". HR does not protect the individuals from retaliation from higher ups unless where the retaliation might create legal problems (e.g. sexual harassment)

Great if you are from Asia and have total disregard for American employment laws called EOE that Americans hold dearly

Cons

Good luck if you are an American. This company loves H1B's and asians Merit increases statistically are ethnicity/gender and ethnicity/gender of your boss. E.g. Female with Female boss: 25% merit increase & director promotion path especially if incompetent Chinese with Chinese boss: 20% merit increase & promotion Indian with Chinese boss: 2% merit & no promotion Indian with Indian boss: 25% merit increase & promotion Chinese with American boss: Same as everyone else - there's a EOE law that American's are obliged by Indian with American boss: Same as everyone else - there's a EOE law that American's are obliged by Other: Good luck- take the package

Great Company and culture but also depends on the team you work for

1)Good Pay and good perks. 2) Good training programmes 3) good for embedded engineers

Cons

No work life balance. Management want you to put in long hours everyday. Its not the company that it used to be 8 years ago when I joined. Too Much of cuts in travel appraisals became yearly this year
