      - Headquartered in the most beautiful city, San Diego! - Better than industry standard medical plans - Good 401K match program. - Great place to learn and actively be involved in bleeding edge wireless technologies.

      Cons

      - Compensation could be better, but understand it's a tough time thanks to the re-structuring. - Medical coverage used to be the best in the industry, even though it's great now, that extra pinch to your pocket does hurt.

      This used to be a much better place to work (apparently, I'm fairly new). The recent situation has seen the following changes: - Benefits keep getting worse, especially healthcare. - Big changes in projects due to restructuring. - Low employee morale due to all the uncertainty.
