1 good pay, benefit 2 product has high market share
Cons
1 They focus on deadline not the design. They didn't design right in the beginning and keep missing deadline, which will bring lots of pressure to everyone. 2 They cannot or don't want to keep experienced people. When you want to ask a question, nobody know the answer and they just CC around the email. If a person get green card, he will leave the company right away in silicon valley. 3 Company politics are involved everywhere. Every 6 months, they will start organization restructuring. I didn't know who is the boss of my director, as this person keeps changing. 4 They outsource lots of jobs to India, where it turned out some project had failed.
