      Very good work life balance. Good benefits (health, dental, vision), 401K match. Interesting work with a high impact. High number of peers with PhDs and masters

      Cons

      Too much control from San Diego. Remote sites don't have a lot of say. Requires a lot of travel to San Diego if you want to stay relevant.
