      Pros

      Asking right questions almost always leads you to a good door of opportunity. Using the opportunity and exploring requires a lot of time and home work. Nothing is given in platter though opportunities exists. Have to work really hard to do day to day job and then think about future..

      Same as pros. Large work hours. Need to work through bureaucracy to get anywhere

      Pros

      Excellent benefits, onsite gyms, superb reputation within the San Diego community, great for your resume.

      Cons

      Little challenge with work; most employees get only a slice of the pie. Although there is an internal opportunity system there is little opportunity for growth unless you're connected. The organization has become too large, and there are quiet layoffs on a regular basis.
