      Pros

      The company is doing well, and jobs are not in danger. Prospects for CDMA/WCDMA growth over the next few years are good world wide.

      Cons

      The pay sucks considering San Diego is a very costly place to live. The infrastructure and work hardware & software are not conducive to maximum performance.

      Wireless is a great field to be in. The company has its processes streamlined and has great infrastructure that makes it difficult for the competition. The benefits are great.

      Cons

      Unrealistic deadlines; poor intra departmental communication.
