Pros

Smart people who loves to innovate are at disposal.

Cons

Since Amon had taken QCOM. It has lost it's core value and petty politics has reached in veins of great people. Innovation is continuing at declining rate and compensation has become sub-standard since's Meta and Google entered. Horrible methods have been introduced to bring people back in office.
