      Great Environment for Engineers, most of senior management is all engineers company is top in the feild, so you get a good learning experience Salary. Stock perks etc. Generally treat the employees well, good HR policies Company is doing a lot to promote WLB these days

      Cons

      Large Organization, promotions may be a little hard especially at senior titles.. intense competiotion, as hte company generally hires the best Some times work pressure may get too much, in certain groups, but is generally cyclic..
