      Fast learning and some technically brilliant people. Hard working colleagues

      Cons

      Some teams and management are good but most of them lack direction and mismanage everything for the sake of agression. Technically zero people in management and overdo things. Recruit more and give more work. Once my manager counted my mails from me to track my performance on that day

      Pros

      The company is now and still growing. Projects are highly related to real world problems and making profits. Of course, good perks.

      Cons

      The benefits look one of the best in hardware industry. But, a bit weaker than software industries. A bit stressful working environment.

      Pros

      Good compensation. Free transport. Free food ( breakfast, lunch, evening snacks with fruit bowls/ juices/ softdrinks & bakery items). WFH policy & flexible timings. ( no swipe out sensor :) ) working on cutting edge technology. Management is good & demonstrating an outstanding performance (30% profit from last 6 quarters in US ).

      Cons

      If you are in IT department, its like any other service sector. Crazy deadlines & hectic work. Recruitment process is very hectic and time consuming. (There can be 7-9 rounds of interview in selection process before anyone can get in). Management will hire 1 person if there is requirement of 3.
