      Benefits are great, Management is okay,

      Cons

      Depending on team worklife balance is compromised. Very volatile in terms of retention and layoffs. Lack of proper documentation of internal processes makes for difficulty in getting up to speed on company internals. Legacy codebase is a massive downside.

      In terms of salary the company pays well. Don't have the fix timing hours, it's flexible timing.

      Cons

      Work culture is not soo good, many times you will have to stretch more than your office hours. If we talk about the managers, it depends on the team in which you get hired. For me my manager is not cooperative at all, made the work culture of my team very toxic.
