Pay, benefits, location, on-site gym and other recreational options.

Cons

They promote EVERYONE to his/her position of maximum incompetence. Oh, and if you don't have a degree in Engineering, don't expect to be hired here even for a job as a janitor.

Great work environment; incredible benefits; very flexible for hours, incredible infrastructure. Company is so big now that difficult to move it quickly. Premier employer in the San Diego region.

Cons

Can be political at times - not necessarily time spent on projects or presenting deliverables equates to proper compensation. More transparency would be helpful.
