      Qualcomm is a good company, but something need more improvement

      Pros

      I think if you are a R&D engineer. You can work very happy for focus on your job. You can co-work with other country and learn more things. Some managers are very smart and good for employee.

      Cons

      Policy didn't do very clear. Some managers or are very good but some are not. Some managers and employee just want to be a idle officer and always push their job to other people or other departments. It's very common on Fab B and Fab C. I hate this very much.

      Pros

      The money is alright if you want to work 60+ hours a week full throttle.

      Cons

      Managers take credit for the work of others while asking them to do more and more work. Qualcomm doesn't care about their employees as much as they used to.

      Friendly people to work with, great entry level opportunity, fitness classes are good, lots of team work, some appreciation shown by mentors.

      Cons

      Hard to advance in one's career due to internal transfer policies, slow to promote, need to threaten to leave employment to advance.
