Great benefit and work flexibility. Inclusive work environment in which people believe they can make contribution regardless his or her level.

Cons

highly political. Compare to other engineering companies, there are a lot of superficial efforts. More time were spent to make things look good instead of doing actual good. Senior managements tend to be fully aware of their "senior" status and act like it. While the policy does encourage the team collaboration and spirit regardless each person's position, the reality is that there are plenty of god-complex in the senior level management
