      Pros

      So far the experience has been great! The documentation for the projects is really great so the onboarding and everything else went well. The salary is good and the benefits for Brazilian workers are good aswell.

      Cons

      A lot of legacy applications, on premises. It seems Questrade is immune to changes.

      More opportunities to learn Hybrid nature

      Cons

      Will only get promoted when you continue to perform and fulfill the duties of the position you’re about to get promoted . You will only get promoted from junior developer to intermediate developer if you’re currently meeting the bar for intermediate developer.
