      Pros

      Supportive Team environment - Work Culture, Lots of Resources (you never get a no and when someone is not sure they guide you to the answer). Moral

      Cons

      I'm challenged with finding a con. The company has grown and shaped itself into being one of the leaders in the industry (We have been rated most admired in Canada).

      Questrade is a great company to work for

      Pros

      - Customer centric in everything they do - Great values that aligned with my own values - I believed in the mission of helping Canadians be financially independent and successful - Team oriented - always someone to go to and ask for help

      Cons

      - Location is in North York so my commute was long - Sometimes hard to get feedback to other departments

      great place to work

      Pros

      - Great management - trusts staff, fair & understanding, no micro-managing - Ability to work from home - Great culture, good staff - Invests in staff (courses, hires interns, etc) - Set hours - no unpaid OT or on-call; can work OT sometimes if you want and make extra money, and can occasionally work a late shift (12-8) - Flexible - don't need to officially take time off for each appointment, just make up the hours missed - Seems there is a lot of room for growth - Everyone works hard and people don't complain about their jobs

      Cons

      - not really a con, but many people are hired out of school (or previous interns) with no other work experience so they don't know how good they have it at Questrade! - starting salary is low compared to other places but gets better after probation with sales bonus
