Pros

- younger crowd - co-op terms

Cons

- zionist driven company - poor management - too much work load, not enough pay - do not respect others values (you can get fired with cause for expressing your opinions if they don't agree with you) - salary is terribly lower compared to other companies

Horrible human beings

Pro is that you get to slave away and contribute to the companies revenues Looked down upon, judged and blamed for anything that goes wrong... if you are into that kind of thing

Cons

Horrible pay. Management will lie and promise "future" compensations Horrible human beings

Unfair and inconsistent

gym is in the building, peers

not people driven/focused at all - only 3 sick days!? so if you have a really bad flu in the spring.. you better hope you don't get the flu in the winter might as well just hide out and stay home to avoid getting sick, parking is so expensive and they will not pay for even a portion of it so take the bus is your best option to cut down on expense, they have work from home but it's only available to certain people and only certain people get laptops? - for a tech company this is crazy, overworked and under staffing, there is a culture of favoritism and micromanagement, pay and benefits is minimal (can you tell by the sick days? they also don't have std or ltd), some of their rules when it comes to their policies are not consistent and they will say it's "case by case" but how is that fair - people talk to each other so they know.

We appreciate your feedback. We actually do offer discounted parking in the building and there is also parking across the street which costs less than taking TTC every day! We can definitely make more of an effort to share this information with Questraders so they are informed of all their parking options. You're right, there are many ways in which we try to support and accommodate our staff, some of which can end up being on a case by case basis as each person is unique and may have different needs.
