      - stepping stone - has good name outside

      Cons

      - worked there for 3+ years, they did 3 different layoffs, last one being a big international layoff - sales department, worst culture, low pay and micro-management - change hours anytime, with complete disregard for employee work life balance - forced some to work weekends - zero autonomy in any sales role
