The people you work with are 10/10. The focus on continuous growth, learning and new innovative solutions, the company offers internal programs for leadership development as well as platforms like CultureAmp and LinkedIn Learning. Flexibility to work hybrid, the recent combination of home days and office days is an adjustment but is proving to be enjoyable. You get out of it what you put in here.
