- Nice colleagues to work with

Cons

- micro management - performance number base only- no matter how great you are at the role if your number is low you will never move up in the company or be consider good - roles already affect mental health and don’t value your mental health - short/ no breaks (in addition to not being fair and equil when other departments can have longer/ more breaks)
