(1) Company is in growth mode (despite economic slowdown) which just proves that the growth trajectory is stable (as opposed to sudden highs and lows). (2) Truly global team (which allows you to work on global projects, build programs, policies and processes for the org and expand your repertoire of knowledge) (3) Fast paced

Cons

Most would consider fast-paced as a con; but I thrive on it.
