Ignored and inexperienced management. People who works hard to keep things together and resolve issues, often are different group of people who talks loud and get recognized, promoted and makes decisions. Management heavily encourage the culture to present well and take credits than do, which reflects in company's product increments in recent years. Communications from upper management often contradict among themself, often say one thing do another. Unrealistic expectations, and no work life balance. Toxic culture, distrusting, finger pointing instead of owning management mistakes. Directions frequently change, company is lack of strategy and vision on how to win competition, instead entire company runs around in panic mode.
