Pros

There are still some great people there, although many will not stay long

Cons

- Compensation is significantly below market standards. - Work–life balance is nonexistent—long hours and weekend work have become the norm. - Employees are being forced back into the office, even when no team members are in the same location. - Several benefits, such as the option to work from abroad, have been fully terminated. - When someone leaves, roles are not backfilled, yet the workload remains the same. - There is no guidance on priorities; everything is labeled as urgent. - People are constantly afraid of losing their jobs—fear is pervasive.

Pros

It’s always moving up from now since it’s reached the new lows. Low in morale, low in efficiency and low in recognition of high performers.

Cons

Low salary, poor new leadership. The town hall happened earlier this year was disastrous. CEO and the shadow CEO legit told everyone there’s no job security.

Pros

Easy to get hired, pizza days

Cons

No organization. Software malfunctions often, not a product led brokerage like wealthsimple
