A company that cares! Questrade has allowed me to me a contributing team member and a full-time Mom. I am able to work from home, assist my children in their daily routines and have a better work life balance. They also allow me to take part in volunteer opportunities that are very important to me and my family like tree planting, food bank sorting and raising funds for many different organizations. At Questrade we are all family, working together to make Canadians financial better.

Cons

The compensation model should include overtime for work down outside of regular business hours.
