Pros

The management team is competent and fair and all staff are treated with a high level of respect. Turnover is low. Company culture is good without being stifling or corny. Generally different departments work together very well inside the company. Overall a pleasant place to work and we are offering a good product.

Cons

Benefits could be improved and three sick days a year is laughable for employee's with young children and a spouse who is also working.

Pros

-Very resourceful and knowledgeable colleagues who are willing to assist new employees. -Great opportunity to learn as you are empowered to carry out investigations of your own and allowed to modify existing procedures. This can be overwhelming at times but co-workers are there to assist. -Great opportunity for growth. -Highly encouraged to shadow and learn from any department of interest. -Learning and development sessions held monthly. -Fun place to work. Occasional team events/celebrations. -Right next to the Finch subway station

Cons

-Supervisors get too demanding sometimes. There is also the issue of micromanaging. -Workload gets too much at times but this is normal for every growing company.

Office space in some areas could do with modernization (think this is in the works)
