Great place to start your financial career

simple tasks, fun environment, growth company (don't worry about getting laid off), great place to start, pay is not bad for what you will be doing

Cons

few opportunity internally to move up, most talents end up leaving for better positions elsewhere, not so much employee benefit but great employee trading fee structure
