Thanks for sharing your thoughts with us! We’re definitely a young company (fun fact, while our team ranges from 20-70 years old, the average age of a Questrader is 34) and seek to grow our talent. That being said, we underwent some company changes this past year. There's nothing to much claim, if the sitting seating system can be done in a different way.

Thanks for your feedback! Our teams have moved around a lot this past year since we adopted a more agile method of working. Our Questrade Technologies Group (QTG) and marketing teams in particular sit with their project teams in an open environment so they can collaborate more effectively.
