People are great to work with, everyone is fun, young, and dynamic. There's free coffee all day, lots of parties and company events, and it's great to see such a young and culturally diverse workforce. Great training and learning opportunities.Very smart people and well managed.

Questrade is an extremly innovative and challenging workplace where their clients and employees are primary! They are constantly thinking outside the box and constantly striving to be number 1 in the industry. From a technology standpoint the company is continually upgrading and increasing teh options available through their platforms to clients.

Cons

Possibly offer more internal learning modules for all employees such as Compliance, AML and Trade Conduct.
