A lot of opportunities to learn Very professional teams Great spirit of team work Nice working environment Great location in Toronto Extremely professional managers and senior managers Fairly compensation Great parties, events, etc. Good (not excellent) benefits Company pays for overtime or gives days off You are never bored at work :-)

Company is private, no employee stock plan No short and long term disability insurance Employees pay some amount for their benefits Company doesn't provide lunch (rare case when it is opposite)
