Be prepared to lose your personal life to join this company with minimum wage. You must work your 8-hour shift from 7 am to 8 pm (OT is a must; some weeks work until 11 pm) and from Mondays to Sundays. You can't spend more than 15 minutes a day for break time.

There seems to have been some sort of coup at the C-level (this is just conjecture; I am not privvy to the details), causing a pivot away from core values and towards min-maxing profitability at the expense of the workforce. Massive layoffs without adequate justification—including the layoffs many cornerstones of the Questrade internal work culture—has obliterated employee morale and called into doubt the company's focus on the wellbeing and advancement of employees moving forward. Questrade has always been on the lower end of the fintech industry for compensation, but has made up for it by genuinely caring for their employees and pursuing a noble overall goal. That kool-aid has now gone rancid, and many employees who had been anchored here by value claims are now looking elsewhere.
