      MICROMANAGING AND LOSING IT'S CULTURE

      - hybrid enviroment unless you already wfh and aren't within a certain km radius ; then you can wfh -

      Cons

      - a lot of uneeded changed - micromanaging - hr does not hear complains unless it's too late - constant changes - can get fired easily - leaders who are not helpful

      Great work life balance

      Pros

      Questrade offers excellent flexibility. The company has a hybrid work approach that allows you to WFH without feeling guilty when needed. Late nights overtime work is infrequent for none tech positions and the company pays close attention to employee's well-being.

      Cons

      Questrade is still growing at a rapid pace. Everything is subject to change, and there is no end to work. Lots of growth opportunities exist, but it can be challenging if you are just looking for nine-to-five work without much ambition.

      Pros

      If you are someone who enjoys building and exploring new ideas, Questrade is an incredible place to work. Your ideas and feedback are listened to and actioned if there is a benefit to Questrade. There are incredible opportunities for mentorship, networking, shadowing and a variety of ERGs such as Questrade Women in Leadership (QWIL) to help you enhance yourself as a professional.

      Cons

      I genuinely cannot think of any cons, except if you are someone who does not thrive well with change, Questrade may not be the organization for you. As an organization, we are constantly looking to improve the way we work and collaborate.
